Cancellation and Refund Policy.

By booking a Reservation you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not be able to check-in to your reservation and will not be eligible for a refund.
If you wish to purchase a reservation, you will be asked to agree to the policy outlined below …
PLEASE NOTE: The $5 per site reservation fee and a $38 per site cancellation fee is NON REFUNDABLE on all reservations made.
- Any camping reservations cancelled prior to 14 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date will receive a refund less the $5 booking fee and $38 cancellation fee, there are NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Any cancellation EXCLUDING LONG WEEKEND RESERVATIONS made 14 days and under and up until 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a campground credit to use at another date during the camping season. If the credit is not used by the end of the Original booking season it shall be forfeited.
- Long Weekend: Camping Reservations Cancelled 14 days or less are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Any reservations cancelled 5 days or less from your scheduled arrival date and time will result in forfeiting the entire reservation amount paid.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. - Once you have checked in, in the event that you need to leave early for any reason, the remainder of the stay will be forfeited.
NO REFUNDS will be given. - Reservations may be transferred To someone else with management’s approval But must be done prior to 14 days before your scheduled arrival.
- No refunds will be issued due to Covid-19 restrictions being imposed, Campground credit will be applied and can be used at an alternate date during the current season.
- NO REFUNDS will be issued due to inclement weather as we cannot control the weather.
- NO reservations will be shifted without management’s approval due to inclement weather.
- Shifting reservation dates may be done only once with management’s approval.
Should you require date changes a second time or more there will be a $30 charge per date shift, per site!
- NO REFUNDS will be given for group site reservations unless the site can be re-rented for your exact dates! You may transfer your reservation with management’s approval but must be done prior to 14 days in advance of your scheduled arrival.
- A frame cabins- There will be a $99.00 cancellation fee and the $5 non-refundable booking fee charged on all cancellations up to 15 days in advance, any cancellations made 14 days or less to your scheduled arrival will result in NO REFUNDS!
- Bunkie Cabins- There will be a $150.00 cancellation fee and the $5 non-refundable booking fee charged on all cancellations up to 15 days in advance, any cancellations made 14 days or less to your scheduled arrival will result in NO REFUNDS!
- Deep Creek RV Cottage- There will be a $150.00 cancellation fee plus the non-refundable $5 booking fee on all Cancellations made up to 15 days in advance, any cancellations made 14 days or less from your scheduled arrival will result in no refund.
- Pet friendly Lodging- A single $10 pet fee is charged upon reservation, any pet accidents found will result in an additional $50 cleaning fee charged to credit card on file.
- Reduction of nights on any Lodging reservation will result in a $50.00 fee, If nights are reduced after you have checked in NO REFUNDS will be given! NO EXCEPTIONS!

In order to ensure a safe and pleasant stay, please familiarize yourself and your family with the following rules.
General Information
Please read these terms and conditions carefully!
Please ensure you check in at The General Store and register your campsite.
Check In is 2:00pm and Checkout is 11:00am.
SPEED LIMIT IS 10km/h
ALL CAMPSITES MUST DISPLAY PERMITS!
CAMPING IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY.
DO NOT TIE ROPES TO THE TREES.
- Camping fees are payable at time of registration.
- Camping permits are not transferable without approval from management.
- Camping permits are issued on a “first-come first-served” basis except in sections of a campground where a campsite reservation service is in effect.
- All campsites must display permits.
- The camping fee applies to each accommodation unit on a campsite, one tent is allowed for children 15 yrs of age and under at no extra charge(but must be from the same family unit).
- No more than six people may occupy a campsite unless they are all members of the same family unit.

GATE: The gates will be closed between 11:00pm and 7:00 am. This is for your security. Please open and close gate behind you.
NO VISITORS ARE PERMITTED TO COME IN AFTER THE GATES HAVE BEEN CLOSED WITHOUT MANAGEMENT CONSENT.
QUIET HOURS: We are all here to have fun. Please observe quiet time from 11:00pm to 7:00am.
DAMAGE: Damage caused by carelessness shall be paid in full by the person responsible for such damage. Cutting of trees/ shrubs or vegetation is strictly prohibited, you WILL be charged a $100.00 fine.
Please respect the Rules, Grounds, and your neighbours and this will ensure a great summer filled with fun and laughter!

PETS: Keep pets on a leash at all times, max 10ft (3m) and attended at all times! Please walk your pet often and be sure you are in control to ensure other campers and pets safety. Carry a litter bag with you on walks and clean up after your pet immediately.
VISITORS: All visitors must stop and register at the office each visit and pay applicable fee for using the campground facilities. All visitors must leave the grounds by 11pm as the gates will be closed.
FIRES: fires must be kept in the pits provided and attended by an adult at all times. EXTINGUISH WITH WATER. Do not leave smouldering unattended at night. We do not allow outside firewood into the campground. This includes milled lumber, cut offs and construction or industry wood. Firewood can be purchased at the General store.
FIREPITS: Under no circumstances are the firepits to be moved from their original position, should they be moved you WILL be charged a $100.00 Fine to the credit card on file! We are trying to keep the sites clean and not have multiple burn holes that we cannot get the grass to grow. Anyone who moves a fire pit and burns within it agrees to Deep Creek Camping & Events charging their credit card on file with the $100.00 fine and may not dispute the charge!
- FIRE BAN: Propane pits may be used if there’s a fire ban. There are some to rent out on a first come first served basis at The General Store.
Anyone caught with a fire during a fire ban will be asked to leave with no refunds given. - CHILDREN: Children must be under adult supervision at all times.
SMOKERS: Please extinguish cigarettes and put in ashtrays or fire pits. DO NOT throw butts on the ground. NO SMOKING in washrooms/ showers or General store area. If multiple cigarette butts are found on the ground in your site or around the fire pit you will be charged a $100.00 fine to the credit card on file!
ALCOHOL: Must remain in your site at all times.
DUMPING: DO NOT DUMP GREY WATER ON THE GROUND OR YOU WILL FACE FINES AND CLEANUP COSTS.
GARBAGE: Please put garbage in the receptacles provided. Do not put garbage in the fire pits or leave it at your site, cleanup charges will result. Please do not throw sunflower seeds on the ground or cleanup charges will result. If we have to clean up sunflower seeds on the ground, clean garbage out of the firepit or cleanup garbage from the site you will be charged a $100.00 fine! Please leave your site as you found it when you arrived!
DISHWASHING: Must be done at your site. Do not throw greywater into the bush or on the ground!
PEDAL KARTS: The rental pedal karts may not leave the campground area, The pedal karts MUST not leave the campground area. Pedal karts must not be driven onto steep hills or anywhere that they may have to potential to tip over or get damaged. ANY AND ALL DAMAGES TO KARTS WILL BE ASSESSED BY A MANAGER AND FULLY PAID BY THE RENTER! Pedal karts found to be on the road or out of the campground area will result in immediately losing any time left of your rental! An additional waiver will be provided at time of rental.
- Day use areas and recreation areas are open to the public from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. Please leave these areas clean after each use.
- Picnic tables: Please place tinfoil under stoves and bbq’s before use.
- Campfires are permitted only in facilities provided and must be attended by an adult at all times. Extinguish with water, do not leave a fire smouldering at night. WE DO NOT ALLOW OUTSIDE FIREWOOD into the campground. This includes Milled Lumber, cut offs, construction or industrial wood. Fire wood can be bought at the General Store.
- Never leave your campfire unattended.
- Make sure your campfire is completely out before you leave your campsite.
- When the fire hazard is extreme, fire bans and/or restrictions may be implemented.
- Campgrounds may be closed if there is an extreme fire hazard in the vicinity that threatens public safety.
- If you see a wildfire in a forested area, report it immediately to the nearest ranger station or call 310–FIRE (310–3473).
- Please drive cautiously and obey all posted speed limits — children may be playing in the area and campground roads are often used as pathways.
- To prevent damage to trees and other vegetation, please keep all vehicles on designated roadways.
- To protect your pet and those of other campers, please keep your pet on a leash at all times during your stay and while using trails.
- Please pick up after your pet.
- Be considerate of other campers — please ensure that your dog does not bark excessively.
- In accordance with the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Act, consumption of liquor is restricted to registered campsites.
- Liquor is prohibited in all public areas including: on roads, trails and walking paths; in washrooms and shower buildings, in cook shelters and in boats.
- Possession of liquor is prohibited in day use areas
- NO Livestock allowed in the campground.

- For your safety and to protect wildlife, do not approach, feed or harass wild animals— these actions may cause a wild animal to feel threatened and a threatened wild animal can pose a danger to humans and/or their pets.
- Store food (including pet food) and toilet articles such as soap and toothpaste in the trunk of your vehicle or in your camper—never take these items into your tent or tent trailer. Seal garbage in plastic bags and dispose of garbage in the appropriate garbage bins.
- If you are an Alberta resident between the ages of 16 and 65, you must obtain an Alberta angling licence.
- Non-residents must obtain an Alberta angling licence regardless of age.
- Refer to the annual “Alberta Guide to Sportfishing Regulations” for seasons and catch limits. The guide is available in print and on the Alberta Environment and Sustainable Resource Development web site at esrd.alberta.ca.
- Use of fireworks is prohibited without active permit from the County of Lac Ste Anne Fire Department.
- Must have explicit permission from Deep Creek Camping & Events Management
- To protect the natural beauty of our site and recreation areas it is illegal to remove, deface, injure or destroy plants, fossils and rocks. Use of dead wood lying on the ground for firewood is also prohibited.
- We experience very little serious crime at our campground or day use areas; with your cooperation we can keep it that way.
- Ensure that your camping gear and valuables are securely stored and locked up when you are away from your site.
- To deter thieves, mark your camping gear and valuables.
- Report acts of vandalism to Deep Creek Management.
- Be a good neighbour – help protect one another’s property.
Covid 19 Response at Deep Creek
We know that there are a lot of people that are wondering how to adhere to the government and AHS rules & regulations while enjoying your camping season.
We want your camping experience to be fun and relaxing and will have signage posted in the General Store and around the campground should the need arise.
Treat your camping site as you would your home – we want this to be your home away from home.
Stay safe, stay healthy and HAVE FUN!

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will notify you at the time of change. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Changes to any and all policies will be posted to our website (www.deep-creek.ca) and our online reservation system (www.campspot.com) at the creation of the changes and you will be notified via email, or new online reservation booking.
