Booking for camping now is one of the smartest ways to make sure your summer plans actually happen, especially as popular spots fill up fast. As the weather starts warming and people begin planning outdoor getaways, campsites near rivers, lakes, mountains, and national parks can get reserved weeks--or even months--in advance. Securing your spot early not only gives you more choices, like shaded sites or ones close to water, but also lets you relax knowing your trip is set. It`s the first step toward campfires, starry nights, and peaceful mornings in nature, turning simple reservation into something to look forward to all season long.
Located in Sangudo, AB--Sangudo`s Hidden Gem--just 1-1.5 hours NW of Edmonton, AB.
Nestled along the scenic Pembina River, our campground offers a relaxed setting perfect for swimming, tubing, and fishing. Guests can enjoy a wide range of amenities, including a playground, skate park, ball diamonds(right next to us), horseshoe pits, walking trails, mini golf, and pedal kart rentals for all ages. We also host kids` activities every Saturday and a variety of special events throughout the summer.
Our General Store is fully stocked with camping essentials, unique gifts/souvenirs, and treats-- including 30 flavours of Foothills creamery ice cream, soft serve, milkshakes, slushies, frozen yogurt, and much more.
Accommodations include two bunkie cabins, two RV rentals, a cozy A-Frame, a group site that can host up to 15 units, 31 sites, and plenty of overflow space.
Open May 1st to September 30th.
